I have lost my user guide, how can I get a replacement?
Click ’Downloads’ on the menu to the left of this page. Select the manufacturer and then select the panel number. If you are unsure of any of this information, call us and we will help.
(all user guides are in PDF format, you will need a program such as Adobe Reader to view them. if you dont have Adobe Reader, you can download it here)
My keypad says ’MAINS FAIL’ and wont let me proceed.
Simply press TICK and carry on.
How do I change the time and date? (965x/975x/985x)
Enter your code, press 6 to access user menu 6, press tick to agree day, press tick to agree month, press tick to agree year, change the hour backwards or forwards by pressing the keys, and press tick, press tick to agree minutes (or change and keypad automatically reverts to day mode)
The green LED on my keypad is flashing.
You have a mains failure.
My system will not set, there seems to be a fault.
One or more zones may be faulty. Try following your user guide instructions for omitting zones.
My strobe light is flashing.
You have had an alarm activation. Re-set the system
I need to change my keyholders, who do I tell?
If your system is policed, either tell the Alarm Recieving Centre (ARC) as soon as possible - or tell us and we will tell the ARC. If your system is not policed, you can tell us.
My keypad is bleeping, how can I make it stop?
